I am out-of-network with all other insurance plans. I can provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance to determine if you qualify for out-of-network benefits and potential reimbursement.
Important: You are responsible for verifying all insurance coverage for your services. While I do check benefits, you are ultimately responsible for confirming your deductibles, copays, and the actual cost of services.

Yes, I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots (1–3 at a time) for clients experiencing financial hardship and seeking short-term, goal-focused therapy. If you're interested, please reach out to explore availability and determine eligibility.

I am licensed as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Oregon, Nebraska, and Kentucky. Additionally, I am licensed as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Washington.

I offer in-person sessions on Thursdays and Fridays at my shared office space in Beaverton, OR. Please inquire about current in-person availability, as I maintain a hybrid practice.
Most of my sessions are provided through a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform, but if you prefer in-person therapy, I can accommodate this occasionally at my Beaverton office, depending on demand.
Currently, in-person sessions are available only for Oregon residents. Clients based in Washington, Kentucky, and Nebraska are seen exclusively via telehealth.

The frequency of therapy depends on your individual needs and goals. Typically, sessions are scheduled once a week, especially in the beginning, to build trust and work through issues. As progress is made, the frequency may decrease to biweekly or monthly. Ultimately, it’s about what feels most helpful for you and aligns with your therapeutic goals.
